Impossible to get a haircut, made an appointment twice in the past only to get pushed off for someone who wanted to get a color treatment or other more expensive services. Today they have only 2 employees working and I'm told 12:30 when I was there at open. I know if I wait till 12:30 I'll be pushed off again. If your only gonna get a haircut you'll be put at the bottom of the list . Horrible service

I brought in several pictures and explained exactly what I wanted. I got what I told her I didn't want. So upset. My hair is so short now (came in with hair halfway down my back left with layers as short as 3 inches) and heavily layered (I didn't want layers or short). My hair was long and the cut I chose was so easy. She didn't listen at all. Should have known better with all the gray hairs coming out of that place and how horrible this woman's hair was. Super bad decision to stay. So sad. This looks horrible and it's so short there's nothing I can do to fix it. Only a place for old ladies.

Julie does great hair. I have been going to this Cost Cutters for several years and it is always a great experience. Started bringing my mother with me and she loves it too. They are friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work, ladies.

I have really, really thick, fluffy hair that has been impossible to deal with all my life. I've had hundreds of haircuts, and Julie at Cost Cutters is the best stylist I've ever had, and the only one I've been a return customer for. I can't afford to get my hair cut as often as I'd like, but she still remembers the instructions I gave her the first time even if I only go every 6-12 months. She is almost intuitive in her ability - I gave her a vague idea of what I needed with no photo and a poor idea of how to explain it, and she understood perfectly. I am now at the point where I would Julie to do what she thinks or experiment with no instructions because she knows my hair and my style so well, which is a really great relationship to have with a stylist. She's also just a really sweet person! The other girls in the center are hit or miss (I've had several "misses" with some careless, argumentative young ladies there, but some seem decent) but Julie I will return to every time.
