We've used Newell for over 20 years and they've consistently been top notch. I particularly have to give Steve, the plumbing tech, very high accolades. He knows his stuff.

HMS Warranty recommended him. I called initially left message. He returned my call while I was at work but he was working on a big project and may not have time for me. Im unsure why a warranty company would recommend a place that's too busy for their customers.

This company is a sham , fraud , cheet , and a rip off , the quoted me a price and when I asked all the correct questions , at the end they lied about everything , the quote of 425$ from "official Plummers book " when after 10 min and a 30 $ part they split !!!
