Called them for a drain clean out. They said they couldn't do that. If you are a plumber but can't clean a drain why are you in business.

The service person was kind and helpful, explained all of the information to us clearly and gave us multiple recommendations for the price of the fix we needed.

Our work included installation of a Navien tankless hot water heater, two outside faucets and replacing our washer hoses and shut-off valves. The work required access to both the attic and the crawl space. It was done on two of the hottest days of the summer, but Jay and Angel worked in the extreme heat until the job was completed. Jay listened to our requests, and his attention details exceeded our expectations. The contractors arrived on time, kept a clean work space and they worked steadily until the job was finished. My husband and I are senior citizens, and Jay treated us like we were his own grandparents ! I would definitely recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing. Kudos to Jay and Angel !!

I wanted to take the time out here too thank you everybody for the help Oilers obviously aren't everybody's heating source hope this is going to be the last one I'll need for mylifetime and I appreciate the help that Pat and Dana Brian and Mike and The Croods have a question that I would like to talk to somebody about I pay $255.55 the week before repair and then again a hundred and $48 all total came to 761 that I spent with your company including up to last November and Mike told me this was going to be taken off the bill for the boiler so I'm assuming the boiler cost $8,260 and I'm getting it for 7500 I just wondered if this is correct and I also would like to make sure the payments for $150 4 months cuz that's all I can afford the boiler is working fine people address the problems Mike came over and adjust the thermostat Brian turn the boiler up to where it was in operating temperature unfortunately I've had a family during this process and it was extremely hard for me to deal with all this going on Dave
