I highly recommend ASAP plumbing on Lewis avenue! Chris called me back promptly, and I was immediately impressed by the Honesty on the phone, quick service, and the fix was so small they didn't charge Even after I insisted! That's how you build rapport with new customers. That's exactly how you maintain loyal customer base. That's how you get business referrals with lasting staying power. I will be returning for any and all future plumbing needs big or small. Thanks again!!!

Chris from the Toledo North office responded to a call regarding my daughter's home in Toledo that did not have hot water. He immediately went to the home and found it was an outlet issue verses a water heater issue. NO CHARGE!!! Amazing. When good customer service is rare these days, it's nice to find a company that still values it. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. THANK YOU.

I cannot overstate my satisfaction! They came out incredibly fast, and got everything done in one day, even with MULTIPLE unforeseen hiccups. Dustin and Chris were friendly and honest and so helpful, and made sure they did the job right. I recommend the two of them and the company to anyone and everyone!

What was suppose to be a nightmare, turned out to be just a dream. These guy's went out of there way to make this so bearable. Polite, friendly, professional and quick. I was so happy that I went with there company. They were GREAT.
