My wife and I are building a home. She and our daughter visited the store yesterday and picked out our fireplace. Pete was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient! I highly recommend them.

Needed pilot gas supply line, salesman not sure of part. On 3rd try now to get right part. How can you sell a product you know nothing about. Let alone not have basic part in Stock. Only certified dealer in area for heat and glow fireplaces.

We had our fireplace serviced by Buzz with A Plus Fireplaces - hands down the most knowledgeable, nice man we have ever worked with. He spent time answering all our questions and was very thorough. We would use this company again and recommend them to our friends and family!
