We have purchased several lights from Franklin lighting in the past and enjoyed their selection and quality.  We returned yesterday to purchase a light for over our dining room table.  The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is due to the sales representative (receipt said her name was Mary). I wanted to reduce the size of the light because our dining room is small. She acted appalled that I was looking at light fixtures too small for the table, and repeatedly told me that I was wrong to look at smaller fixtures. I finally had to stand up to her and tell her "that is your opinion".  I settled on a fixture that she literally turned her eyes up at. Perhaps it was just a bad day for Mary.  If you are not a strong personality she could definitely over sell you. The lady in the back that packaged and loaded our fixture was STELLAR!  Final note: The fixture is up and perhaps actually slightly bigger than I had in mind for the space, but I can live with it.

I always find what I need at Franklin Lighting, even when what I need has little to do with lighting.  If you want a piece of art, chatzky, small piece of furniture...or lighting, check them out!
