Recently bought Coastal Ivory Ledger Panel from Sarasota store. I was told by the in-store designer that it doesn't matter if there is no corner piece as the installer can always create one. I am not sure if she really has any experience with this or just trying to sell the products. Now all tile installers told me it's impossible to do it... So if you really believe customers/installers can create corner pieces on their own, can you provide specific methods??? Your online customer service doesn't help at all. I called Sarasota store multiple times trying to reach out the designer but never got through.... Right now my TV wall is already built and waiting for tile installation. What a nightmare!!!

Have same problem (ignored) A young boy asked a tile (by picture) and he showed different one, he told me is everything what they have. And i keep looking and found same one. like picture showing on Internet. Your website. WAS A WHITE PEBBLES TILE. YOU HAVE IT ON DISCOUNT, TOLD OTHER WOMEN (Cashier) ABOUT THE PROBLEM, (she said, apology, like i said. . Hate that.) (That wasn't a normal ignore, was more like foreign people ignore, and feel not important because my skin color) That happened last February and few weeks i have a car accident, after this, can't have any drama, problems because suffering or anxiety and depressed, so no Emails, Thanks have time to finish my whole bathroom. What? Using feedback as training? How much you need TRAINING? APOLOGIZE? WHAT? Apologies DOESN'T HELP AT ALL. DON'T WAST YOU TIME.. APOLOGIZE YOUS MAKE it WORST.

I have positive experiences every time but today was really annoying with the associate that kept bugging us with do we need this do we need that. When you are familiar with what you are doing they should take a hint and leave you alone. She was really annoying and my husband and I were getting a little bit flustered. It was a negative experience due to that only. I kept trying to talk to him and forgetting what I was say cause she would start talking again. But it's a personal thing not the actual businesses fault.

Would be nice to provide the service of shipping from store to store , instead of from Warehouse and charge shipping fee. The ordering process online could be made easier to use, however very pleased at the quick delivery of items ordered that were out of stock at my local store. Staff is friendly and pleasantly accommodating (however phone hold times are very long!!!)... Unfortunately , last in store experience the employee I encountered could use a little more training!
