Apparently you have to have bruises on you to prove your in a pain. This place is a joke. The drs are a joke.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE! It will be the worst experience and you will get no help. You will also be overcharged, no one will be up front with you with the fees. The nurses are beyond rude and completely don't care about the patients. They speak to patients as though they are doing them a huge favor and with a very condescending and rude tone from the moment you enter the office then they sit and talk between each other and completely ignore everyone around them. My husband was getting his ear irrigated (even though it was not a necessary procedure but they didn't give him any options to deny, it did nothing to help my husband) and the nurse came in and told him to sit up while with peroxide in his ear. My husband said that the liquid will go all over his clothes and the nurse said "Yeah but I need the liquid out." So we had to ask her to get a container or napkins that the liquid could get into so it wouldn't get all over his clothes since he had to go back to work. She made a very nasty face got a container and dropped it into my husband's hands. After that she was so pissed and she wanted to indicate that she was pissed with us, as she was getting tools to finish the procedure she would throw them down on the counter loudly. We felt so uncomfortable. Then the next day they call us and tell us we owe them money for the procedure. While we were there no one mentioned that the unnecessary procedure will be extra. We had two super rude nurses alternate doing the procedure; one started by putting the peroxide in and another came in to irrigate. We had the physician come in and no one mentioned that there will be extra cost. We were leaving the office and picked a specialist list from the front desk and no one there said "hey you need to pay anything else". We got a very rude call saying that if we don't pay immediately it will be sent to their billing department who will start collections. I was trying to talk and reason with her and find out why no one told us this information at any point before starting the procedure, during or after the appointment and she was unable to be a human being who understand why would we so surprised by this and upset.

Worst more under educated under equipt urgent care ever. Staff is friendly but don't know how to preform the most basic of urgent care procedures. Seems like they are just wanting the co pay.

I've been here three times and had three different doctors. One was slightly older woman and excellent, sympathetic and listened to my medical condition and also why it was a special time sensitive circumstance. She prescribed exactly what was needed and offered me a choice of two other options to deal with the time sensitive nature of my situation. Another was a PA was a youngish middle-aged women, heavy build. She didn't want to here 2 seconds worth of commentary of how my condition that time was effecting me, which im okay with, but she also cut me off short when I was telling her my smyptoms and already had it in her head of what my problem was, prescribed standard med for my issue so i wasn't surprised, but i specifically told her i had talken NSAIDS in heavy doses 7-9 times per day for years and that i cannot be prescribed them because they cause me stomach pain guaranteed, literally anything would have done better other than the Naproxen i was prescribed from her: benzo, acetaminophen, warm bath recommend, beta blocker, narcotic, or simply just any kind of sleep aid even an antihistamine just so i could sleep and get through the night, heck i would have been happier with my time there if she recommended i drink a warm glass of milk and stay in bed. Insulting. The last doctor, which was actually the first one i saw, was an older man. I called my primary to see if i should go to the ER because of some symptoms i had, they said there was no need to go to the ER but to go to an urgent care so i could hopefully have some kind of results before my next primary appointment. My insurance said the same thing. So when the doctor comes in i show him my symptoms and he looks at me poker faced waiting, i tell him that's it. He says there is nothing i can do for you and i recommend you go to the ER right now. 4 hours later the doctor in the ER is giving me paper pamphlet of my condition and tells me i should go to an urgent care if im really worried so i have some results for when i see my primary next. So basically the old gentleman doctor at the A+ Urgent Care didn't give a crap, was wrong, wasted my time and money, and delayed finding out a solution by about 2 weeks. Ive never had a problem with the staff and waiting times are as expected, sometimes quick sometimes 1+ hours. Two bad times but i haven't seen those people again yet. Ive been here other times and have had other doctors and PAs and they were all acceptable enough to continue going to this place when need be.

They really never crowed and fast service. Dr are great and puts a smile on your face. Keep up the good work
