Going to the doctor has never been so easy! The staff is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable! Ruben is great at what he does and I hope to have him every time I need blood drawn! Dr. Ketchel is also awesome and I am so glad to be one of his patients (:

This is one of the best clinic's I have been to and my friend Ruben yes I said friend because that's the atmosphere u feel he treated me with kindness, caring and compassionate everything I want need and desire and HE got my blood on the first poke Dr.Reynoso is the best he actually listens to me and my needs AS well as Dr.Cortez he's helping me to fix my back first chiropractor that I've ever seen I'm LOVING the service I receive here.

This review is for the Lake Elsinore location off Fraser. First off, I was welcomed very warmly by Ruben the receptionist/tech. I had just got done with my 6 week recovery from my pregnancy. He answered all my questions and was very thorough. I then was met with the doctor. I'll be honest don't remember his name but he was an older gentleman with white hair and was very informative on IUD placement and the different types that were available. I had a major fear of any implants and made it very easy to deal with. On my next visit, I saw my physician Dr. Ketchel. He was super caring and even finished with his lunch early and let me come in to start my physical before anybody came in from reception. I was very impressed with how he handled my questions and was never pressing nor made me feel horrible for life choices I made. He even made the referral process easy! From there I saw Dr. Wasemiller. She was so nice and fun to be examined by. Rogelio the dental tech was also very easy to talk to. We exchanged jokes and made my visit that much easier. And as always, Ruben gave me all the info and next appointment paperwork I needed without hesitation and leave with a smile on my face. Thank you so much VCC Lake Elsinore! You guys rock!!!!!

Ive been to this locations 4 times. Only one was i greeted. The doctor is amazing really good but the cuustomer service sucks.  They scheduled me an appoinntment and cancelled without telling me so now i wasted time from my kids school gas and money just to show up and be told told the doctor left.

Great staff, very clean, everything is newly remodeled. Have only seen Dr. Ketchel here and he is very nice and doesn't make you feel rushed. Glad I found it ☺
