Lobby staff has no sense of customer service. Seems like they all are having a very bad day. The facility is clean. Love the Costco wipes everywhere.

Staff is rude and unprofessional . The receptionist was very rude to everyone that came in . His phone skills are horrible . I was in their reception area for about half an hour filling out paper work and waiting to be called in, I cannot believe that there is no one there making sure patients (that without them there is no job) are not being treated well. I myself is in the medical profession and there is no way I would ever think of treating patients that way.  The technicians as well need some training in bedside manner .
I do not recommend this location to anyone, next time I will try another location .

This was by far the worst experience I ever had in a place like this.  
The worst customer service employees don't care about patients, they had a actitud the whole time.
I was there with my father at 7am for an exam because we wanted to make sure we were first in line since he is a diabetic and was fasting, so many things were wrong  that I don't know where to start. 
From the beginning they had a actitud, I understand they are overwhelmed but is not the patient fault, they had to make some calls due to questions on the exam to be performed, time when by and they still didn't make the call so I decide to call myself and then doctor call back about the order by then it was after 10:15 am and my father still haven't eat finally the tests was done after 11:30 am and was told he need to come back at 2:45 for the second part of the exam which it should be done at the same time. So we did come back and second part was done after 3:15 pm the technician said she didn't speak spanish (dad is English is not great) but we hear her speaking perfect spanish, not that she had to but why did she lie about it.
I could go on about but is going to take too long. I just hope these
people were just having a bad day and it was an isolated incident.
