I just sat on hold for TEN MINUTES, trying to talk to someone about a prescription refill for AN ANTACID. Apparently, I can't even get some prilosec without cluttering up their waiting room for a completely unnecessary Doctor's appt. Then, after I sat for TEN MINUTES on hold, waiting for an answer, stupid thing rang and immediately HUNG UP on me. WTFF?

They only get 2 stars because the staff is friendly. But they doctors are terrible. Been coming here for 5 years and it has just gone down the drain. Wait times are horrible paperwork is always lost and not filled in properly. Prescriptions forget to be sent and they ultimately make ur life miserable. I've had to miss work 4 days in the past two weeks because of their lack of communication and inefficiency. They really need to improve their attendance as well.

Awful, Just awful in almost all aspects, stay away if you can. save yourself a headache find a good family doctor that takes IEHP. One that cares about patients and has friendly knowledgeable staff.

Muy mal servicio. Una espera de mas de 2 horas y media. Las MAs muy groseras y desconsideradas.

Mucha espera , las muchachas atienden como si estarían haciéndome un favor . Y hasta parece que no se bañan . Sigo yendo porque los doctores son muy buenos y las enfermeras también. Pero eso es lo interno porque de afuera es lo peor !
