Was a really interesting experience. I've been wanting to do sensory deprivation for a while, and this place had good reviews and seemed legit. And it was! The only thing that detracted at all was the fact that true sound insulation is really hard to achieve, especially when your ears are underwater. The water really carries and amplifies sounds, so there were a couple times I heard knocks or sounds from outside the room. In all, it was a great and very relaxing experience. I recommend it!

Great float and customer service! I read a couple of reviews where the people didn't have a good experience, but I didn't experience any of those things so they must have corrected those problems. The owner was very great and the place was nice and relaxing. This was my second float and I'll be going back.

My partner and I had an excellent experience at True Rest Float Spa. The entire building was extremely well-kept and tidy, the float pods were very clean, and the amenities were pleasant. Our favorite part however, was the customer service. Seth made us feel so comfortable the entire time and had such a positive demeanor. He thoroughly explained everything to us and made this new experience wonderful! We will definitely be returning to this great business!

Iv'e tried numerous healing modalities and I've never experienced one that creates that "Ahhhhhhhhh" feeling like floating does. And the effect really is cumulative and long lasting. The more I float, the more peaceful, relaxed and balanced I feel. And it's sooooo easy to do! Thank you to the wonderful folks at True Rest Float Spa in Sedona! D.T. Sedona, AZ
