I called this store to see if they could make me color copies from a flash drive. The woman who answered the phone spoke in single words - not full sentences - never greeted me like I was a customer and didn't say goodbye. She basically said "uh-huh" and then hung up. Thinking that I might have been hung up on by mistake, I went to the store to do my printing. The same woman was there (I knew by her voice). There was also a man working there. Neither of them greeted me, and they hardly looked up. The woman was popping gum and I felt like I was intruding. When I went to pay with a credit card, I was charged an extra 50 cents for using a card (just another turn-off in the process). I noticed a sign on the wall that said something about how enlightened doesn't mean entitled. Normally, I would agree with a saying like this, but NOT on the wall of a store in a town where there are A LOT of enlightened people (healers, artists, body workers, astrologers, etc.) It was just one more thing that made me feel like this little shop isn't really interested in making connections with their customers. They had some of the worst customer service and proved to me that they don't need my business. As an aside, sometimes I wish there were a Kinko's in Ashland. I have been treated better at Kinko's. I mean, if I am going to shop at a "family-owned small business" I am going to do it because they have a family-owned small business feeling, warmth, and kindness (which this store didn't - at least today). :(

I love going here for all my shipping needs! They even have a toy box for kids ehen I bring them. They are always friendly and willing to go out of their way to make sure everything gets done in a timely manner and they are very efficient. I send everyone I know there :)

I basically did their job for them and they still nickel and dimed me. I sent them the shipping label by email and they charged me $1.50 to print it and another 10¢ for the paper. IT COST YOU $1.60 TO PRESS THE PRINT BUTTON?? They were going to charge ANOTHER 50¢ to use my card if I didn't pay cash. It cost me more for them to print off a paper than it did for the bag of packing peanuts they put in the box. Not a local business I plan on ever supporting again.
