Complete lack of customer service. How are you going to say I need to ship an item within twenty four hours? My order was placed on the 10th which was Saturday afternoon, and if I'm right the post office is closed on Sundays. How does that like even makes sense? Also, Depop gives you a week and I had no other problem at different locations and I've been shipping packages for a year. Lady said "I don't know what post office do you go to". Well I go to a post office where they give exceptional service and help, unlike this place of lazy employees. Just rude like she didn't want to do her job. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend this location what so ever.

The staff is more helpful than some other locations. Clean inside. Don't come here to pick up missing mail. You need to go to the horrible annex on Carol Ave instead. They offer delivery services and PO Boxes only.

Really sad how rude and confrontational the employees are.  I don't want to get into the excruciating details but they are out to make things as difficult as they can for you because they hate their jobs. They won't even look up and acknowledge when there are several customers in line.  One of the two workers just sat there the whole time looking through papers while the other sporadically attended to the customers in line between doing other things.  

Absolutely shiftless, overpaid workers that exemplify why USPS is in so much financial trouble.   You treat your customers this way and your jobs are going away.  It is only a matter of time

I've always found these guys to be the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, interested in moving along customer and always thoroughly helpful.
