Even posting this review makes me concerned that I will never receive mail again. My mail carrier is great but the store is horrible. There customer service skills are the worst in all of ashland..i asked to get a tracer on a package and the attendant said no, I haven't given it enough time for the package to arrive..??? Please shut down this branch or hire some new staff...its ridiculous

Closed from 1:00pm to 2:00pm for lunch. Are you kidding me? Take separate lunches so you don't close the whole post office down. Ended up going to FedEx. No wonder the USPS lost $2.7 billion in 2017 while FedEx profited $1.02 billion. Another Government entity hard at work, wasting our tax dollars.

I was told that they couldn't track USPS packages at their location??? Terrible service, they marked my package as undeliverable and never attempted delivery. Then refused to locate or hold package at this location, even though tracking said they possessed it.

The frontline service people are friendly and my carrier Ms. Deb is the best, but her BOSS THE NASTY POSTMASTER, is very rude and arrogant but being from Philadelphia, you get used to people who never had power and suddenly are placed in a position of power and they loose their mind and forget where they came from, "Meaning The Bottom Up"...Those kind of people in power you have to be very cautious how you approach them in conversation because everything a customer say is wrong and they're always right about everything eventhough they came from the bottom up and have seen and been through the tribulations. The Post Master is very condescending and flippant and not helpful at all. She would not survive up North, Baltimore, DC, MD Philly or NJ...I decided to not mail my packages from this location and will be going to a different USPS location. The bad part about this is that the Post Master General doesnt care about complaints and the 800 customer service is just as bad. No wonder customers pay more to ship with FEDEX and UPS Brown....I'd

This post office always had great service. I love that this location is open longer than other local post offices.
