Always have liked White Castles. Really glad they offer a vegetarian sandwich since I have been eating that way for a long time now. Heard they have a vegan sandwich too but I don't know if that is sold at all their restaurants yet.

Last night we ordered a whole lot of food and for their convenience i did combo so my order does not get messed up. When I got home our fries were missing they gave me only two when we had five. Anyways it was far but I decided to go back and they asked for receipt in drive thru gave me only one again. I walked into the store and told them i got only two fries and then they asked for the receipt again, So i went to the car and got it again. After all that they agreed to give me my order which they messed up. Over heard the person saying to the other one don't fill the fries too much. All I have to Say is what a fabulous customer service there employee's do. Thanks and will never go back there again

They have on multiple occasions not given me any marinara sauce for my cheese sticks after I ask for 3 sauce packs instead of 2

One car there, asked to hold when got to window. Sat there for 3 minutes before asked for order. Either understaffed or can't multi task. Food is great though so that's why I come back

Usually this white castle has been pretty good since they opened it a few years back but today was absolute garbage!! Ordered 20 sliders and 4 fries and over half of the sliders were cold and disgusting and same with the fries...I get it's white castle and they're known for being saugy and greasy which is usually delicious but I at least expect the food to be hot and fresh! My kids wouldn't even eat it and they'll literally eat anything... The kids that they had working there didn't care about their jobs and the place was a complete mess and I didn't bother complaining because the manager on duty couldn't have been a day older than 17. I wish that there was another one in the south metro area because I will not be going back here any time soon, if I want white castle then I'll drive to the one in West St.Paul where I've been going for years and know that there will not be any of these problems happening.....
