I worked for this location years ago. Here are a few things I’ve noticed since new ownership...

First, the staff. They never are customer friendly or seem to care to be there. They are too busy talking to each other or pointing fingers at who is going to help the next customer.

Second, cleanliness. All the ice cream pans have been empty with the new ones sitting on the back counter melting. The only one that should sit out for a little bit is chocolate. Staff didn’t no wear hats or visors to hold any hair back. This might not be a big deal to some, but pretty sure this was a requirement from corporate. Tables are alway full of ice cream, so I can’t stay and enjoy. Also, is it just me or did the singing for tips go away? I was always singing when tipped or at least said THANK YOU. Not a peep from the staff.

I live in Apple Valley and would rather drive to the Eagan location as I’ve had better luck there.

This ice cream shop is a little gem in the heart of Apple Valley.  They have a huge selection of ice cream flavors to choose from.   Yesterday we got the Fudge Truffle Decadence and the taste was right on point.  Anytime my family and I visit this spot the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great ice cream. However. Notice the employees do not care about attending to customers right away  they sit in back a lot of the time. So if you need to order, make sure everything is in your 1st and only order.

I have always had good experience here until yesterday. A newcomer messed up the ice cream I bought and he didn’t even seem to care about it! I bought one of the signature ice creams and first he put it in a to-go box in which the ice cream literally fell off and then he puts it back (holding the ice cream) with his hands back and goes on with his work! If there someone else, they would have apologized and made a new one but this guy doesn’t seemed to care at all! Not a good experience at all! But besides this one disappointing incident, it has always been good here and I hope to see the same in the future. I am giving a one star here to turn the attention of the owner.

What a rip off... was served by an Indian lady who barely put enough ice cream in the cup to call it a “Gotta have it” and when I take a spoonful out half of its air anyway.  It’s a great ice cream place but I would rather go to a different location where they actually give you a reasonable amount for what you pay for than be served by her again smh.
