The food was to be expected from any fast food joint. But the root beer floats are the way to go. The atmosphere is nothing special, a new out of date but that's to be expected for an older fast food joint

Waited about 15 minutes in line to order a large root very float on a nice, busy summer day. No sense of urgency or customer service from the staff. Flies everywhere. Gross. Left after standing at the counter for 5 minutes & not being acknowledged. This A&W should not even have the same name as all of the great ones in Oregon. Disrespectful to the franchise.

Took ten minutes to be greeted by the most unpleasent and unprofessional cashier (Shelly), ordered and sat down at a dirty table(they all were), had my meal called out in a decent time and "enjoyed" my ice cold burger drenched in mustard. 1 star for the root beer float served in a foam cup.

The root beer floats had WAY too much root beer, and like not even half a scoop of ice cream. Very unimpressed being that this was my first time ever having A&W.

Food was good, but I was in like  for 30m waiting to order with only one person in front of me, they are either under staffed or just plain slow, dining area was disgusting food everywhere.. they need new management
