It was fine. The orange chicken is NEVER the same two times in a row. The spiciness changes every time. They must have different cooks using different recipes.  There needs to be more consistency between the cooks. I  prefer it not spicy at all, but we very rarely get it that way. Sometimes so hot we have to drink extra to cool our mouth off.
The store was clean, bright and a little busy. The service was fast, but again the food is already pre cooked. 
The staff was friendly and attentive to me needs.

I rarely go there. I went through the drive through and ordered. They said the chicken would be a little wait. Fine no problem. I get to the window and pay. They hand me my food and say have a good day. Great no wait. I get home and open my box. No chicken. It’s too far and too late for me to drive back and get The chicken. Guess I know if I go back to that one to look in my box before I leave.

I only order Kung Pao chicken when I go here. It's always hot and freshly cooked. Very fast and friendly service.

I am going to assume if you're going to Panda Express, you already know what you're getting, fast American versions of some Chinese dishes, and various dishes which are similar in favor, but are not Chinese. Nothing wrong with it, but just know what to expect. 

Given that, this location is very consistent, the store is always clean, the staff is consistently friendlier than some of the other stores I've been to, the food is generally fresh, and they have never forgotten utensils, napkins, and fortunes cookies. That pretty much sums up what a Panda Express should be. 

My only complaint, and this is consistent with several of the other locations, is written I get a premium dish, such as 'Honey Walnut Shrimp', and I pay $1.25 extra, they do not give me the same amount as they would a regular dish, they give 1/2 to a third. I have experienced this in all of the stores I've been to except the Bend location(which has a totally different set of problems unfortunately), having done mystery ships for Panda Express some 5yrs ago, I know know what they're standards should be, and I find it fairly irritating that bthe employees consistently give me 1/2 or less of the food I should get, for a premium consistently, with the exception of 1 or 2 locations.
