I cannot eat a regular sized burrito, so they are very good about making it a junior size. I absolutely love their Carnita Burrito! I have never received any food that was not good. They are quick and I like how they wrap the burrito. It is tightly wrapped and easy to eat while driving. The only downfall is they do not have Black Beans! Only Pinto. They are still good, but I prefer the Black Beans. Maybe someday! Looking for a quick, delicious meal, head to Burrito Amigos!

After finding a plastic candy wrapper in my nachos last week, I asked to not have plastic in my nachos with today's order. The cashier immediately got a manager and told him in front of me that I wanted free food. I stated, that I was not looking for free food and wanted to order, but wanted to make sure there was no plastic wrappers in my food this time. The manager argued that it wasn't possible for the tortilla chips come in a paper bag. I told him, regardless, there was plastic in my cooked food the last time I ate here and I just wanted to make sure there was none in it this time. He continued to argue that it wasn't possible to have plastic in my nachos. As starving as I was, I walked out without ordering my food. Unfortunately, especially with most the food establishments in Springfield/Thurston already sucking) I doubt I will be ever be motivated to go back and I eat here weekly. However, El Pique Mexican food on main and 18th has authentic food as well as more affordable prices.

It was ok. Customer service could be better. The guy seemed so grumpy.
