We've used Idaho Backflow for a number of years. Appreciate their expertise, professionalism, and the yearly reminder call that it's time to test! Highly recommend them and have to members of our HOA as well.

In our defense, we are NOT plumbers. Whoever Sia Weber is we have no record of ever doing a backflow test for you. We have been in business for 10 years and have received no complaints. The business is owned by Howard Barrows, his wife Candy does the office work, two sons are testers. We stand by and guarantee our work.

My experience with Idaho Backflow was great! Fair pricing, reliable and accomadating. I would strongly recommend them and have to members in our HOA and they have never disappointed anyone.

Very unreliable and unprofessional. They do not stand by their work or keep any decent form of service records. Completely unorganized with awful customer service. If you are going to pay for back flow service, call someone who knows what they are doing.
