WOW! Where do I begin!? Let's see,.rat infested (destroyed 10 year old homemade blankets) Talk to the "owner" all he did was yell and talk down to me, tell me to call my insurance company,.no help at all. Next, where did they hire this management group? I am pretty sure from the bar on the property. Yes that's right the bar at the front of the facility just 100 yards away. I should have listened to myself when I first drove past it to get to the facility, but I didn't. My fault I know. The facility smells of cigarettes I assume because they smoke in the office. I normally don't leave reviews but after what happened when using this storage/junkyard I am so upset I had to! I hope you read these reviews and save yourself. Go anywhere but here! I blame myself for not listening to myself and going somewhere else.

Stay away!! If you stor your belongings and want to keep them, DO NOT stor here! They will come up missing. Do your research, criminal history IS public record! See how many times and what crimes are commited here! Perfect example of their "service" I had to add more because of the class of the response from the "owner" Classless criminals that state..anything can happen. I paid my rent on time,(autopay) moved out with the items that remained, AND filed a criminal report on my stolen items. Truthbetold,..please... anyone...stop in and see their employees, then go to ANY OTHER storage place and compare! You will easily see what I mean. Joke!

Disappointing! She took a reservation but when I called to confirm I was told that space was no longer available. Said I didn't pay for it but also said "I don't ask for money". If I had known she wanted payment ahead, I would have gladly paid for it. Now, 3 days before I need it, where am I going to put 33feet?
