I was looking for a driveline for an 88 Ford Ranger. Extremely hard to find. 

Nancy had 4 customers in line. Took my number and told me she would call me back. 

Nancy did just that. She even remembered what I was looking for. Although she didn't have the part she referred me to Torgersons Auto Wrecking in Napavine. 

I found the driveline!!!!

I'm not from the area. I needed a battery for my RV. I'm not a mechanic. I took a picture, measured the battery dimension. Came here and Rosey greeted me, a sweetheart! Then Nancy took great care of me! I was going to go to Wal-Mart, but glad I came here! I'm sure pricing was a couple dollars more here, but when you get courteous service and professional understanding, with directions for the novice, me, you can not go wrong. I recommend this friendly, efficient retail store. Also, I did not have my battery with me. Nancy did not charge me for a core charge as long as I brought back the old battery before I left town. For me, the trust of someone's word is so old school, a rarity. I appreciate when your word is honored. The last thing, the battery was perfect, it fit just like the old one, installed in less then five minutes. The RV started right away! Worth the time I took to go here. Highly recommend these gals and guys! Support local retail please when the service is bar-none.
