I traded in an Audi A4 for a Ford Flex now I love my Ford Flex but it's not because I bought it at awesome Ford the sales staff or shady and the typical car salesman I've brought my car in 3 times and this last time they tried to charge me $100 after they said they checked that all the cigarette lighters are working in my car here's the thing the cigarette lighters still do not work on my car they still want to charge me $100 what type of new car dealership doesn't have loaner cars for you when you're leaving your car overnight or for multiple days I purchased a warranty the best warranty you could buy from awesome Ford by your car somewhere else where the staff actually care about the local people and they stand behind what they sell let me reiterate the salesman are snakes they tried to pull multiple walls over our eyes and luckily we had written down what they said confronted them on it and then they retracted what they were trying to do go somewhere else spend more money it's worth it

Just bought a car from here. Had a great experience. From picking out the car we wanted to driving it off the lot was a total of about 2 hrs. It wad the quickest, friendliest, and easiest car buying experience we ever dealt with. Eddie Arredondo was who we worked with and he was by far the best salesman we have ever met. If you want an easy and friendly car buying experience this is the guy to go to!

Went in for RV service and was very impressed with the service staff. Decided to look at Ford truck while there and was impressed with the entire operation. Very clean and welcoming facility with very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Out of the ordinary!
