We purchased a 2000 Ford Focus for my 16 year old daughter. Overall the process went smoothly. After purchasing the vehicle we found several things needing to be fixed/replaced. I understand it's a used car and things will need to be done on the vehicle but I felt I wasn't told the truth. Pros: -The owner was nice and easy to work with. Cons: -After being told that the brakes were good and they replace them if they aren't 70% or better, we have had to replace both the front and rear brakes. They were only at 10%. I took the car to two different shops to get two different opinions on them and they both came back the same. -We've had to replace a belt -The car will shimmy sometimes while at a complete stop -There is a ticking type noise in the engine at times -There seems to have been an ant infestation which we had to get rid of -I'm not sure if the car was painted prior to the car lot having it but it wasn't painted properly and the paint is chipping off in several places. After looking over the car it looks as though it was a quick paint job and not a good one. Overall, after all the above things are fixed it will be a decent car. I wasn't expecting to have to put this much money into the vehicle right away. I am most upset with being told the brakes were in great working condition. This vehicle was for a new driver and to know it wasn't safe and she was driving it for a couple of weeks upsets me. Also, there were no noises heard while test driving it.

I'd definitely buy another car here. Very nice owner and love my new car , the wind shield wipers didn't work that great and i took it back almost a month later and she had her mechanic fix it in less than 2 hours .. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone 😀
