My review I will admit is not the normal kind, as I actually didn't purchase the vehicle, but it should be incredibly helpful for anyone looking to purchase a new Chevy and appreciates excellent customer service. I went into a couple different dealerships looking into purchasing a new Colorado. At Titus-Will I meant a man by the name of Larry Deach. He is by far the most honest, friendliest, and most most competent car salesman I have ever met. Even though I decided not to purchase the Colorado that day, because my original calculations over valued my trade-in (pretty common mistake for a buyer I would say) and I've decided to try to sell it third-party he was understanding and patient. I plan on purchasing the Colorado from him very soon, and I would recommend that if you are looking for a new vehicle he is by far the man you should purchase it from.

Really friendly staff and they go out of the way to help. Going back here for my next car.

Friendly dealership that's not too pushy. They helped us find the right car last year. The service center is easier to schedule an appointment with than at the larger dealerships to the north.

Service Dept goes above and beyond to take care of customers. We are so thankful for them squeezing us in on a Friday afternoon. If they hadn't, we very possibly would not have made it home to Eastern Washington. Thank you Titus Will!
