If I could give no stars I would.  I have been a AAA member for 20 years and have always thought of them as an outstanding company,  well my opinion has changed.  I had a coupon for a basic oil change for $19.95 that I thought would be honored,  I was told by the technician that the kind of oil change I need was going to cost $69.95 and he could give me $20.00 off with my coupon so my cost would be $49.95.  REALLY! Honor the coupons your company sends to customers.  I left because I already knew where this was going,  I figured they would then tell me I needed a whole bunch of other things that I don't need just to bleed money out of me.

Why am I not surprised that someone else had a similar experience as me, just 4 months ago? I was here yesterday to get a state inspection done. 

I had a similar experience like the lady who was here 4 months ago. Please scroll down and you would see a review from a first time customer - who brought her vehicle in to have two tires remounted. 

I would like to follow her lead and say the same closing comments -
 "Buyer beware. I will give a negative 5 stars"

My experience with this service center was terrible!

First, after stating the price for their synthetic oil change, when I came to pick up the car they charged me additional $20 for oil filter saying it's special.. It's actually $7 in any auto parts store, just like any other filter, and in years owning this car I NEVER was charged additional $$ for oil filter! Good'ol "bait and switch". 

Second, when I brought the car home and then pulled off the driveway after few hours, there was a huge oil spot! And my car never leaked even a single drop of oil! What triggered me to write this review is when I brought it back to recheck for why it's leaking, they tried to blamed it on my engine leaking pointing to the oil/dirt residue on the side of the engine which any car will have if not been washed recently. There were no signs of fresh oil actually "leaking" from it. 
While changing oil, their incompetent mechanic spilled some of it onto the plastic cover under the engine and didn't even bother to clean it up, and that's what was dripping on my driveway.

I had a great experience with these guys. Several weeks ago I was on the way to the airport and my car completely died. The little battery indicator lever dropped down to zero and that was it. I called AAA in a calm panic lol because I could not miss the flight, it was a long haul and I would be gone for almost two weeks. They asked me where I would like the car to be towed to and after a few options I chose AAA Car Care center. The guys called me for authorization to check the car and I was whispering in the plane over the phone as it was taxiing around the runway before takeoff haha!! We had email communication after that, and a lot of it...I am really happy with how Elliot and these guys communicated with me, at least 6 or 7 times over the time I was gone. They sent a very detailed list of things they discovered, absolutely no pressure, and I gave authorization to do the most urgent ones to get my car running. I was sent an amended quote each time we changed something. All my questions were answered and quickly too. When I got back, Elliot took me through everything they did and I was so grateful for their patience and how they went above and beyond to accommodate me while I was out of the country. What could have been a really stressful situation was made so much better by these guys for me. Thank you so much!! Will definitely use again!!!
