We have been with Teri LaRocca agency for many years now and they have been great to work with.  Her support staff has been super helpful and is a big reason I love working with them.  A special thanks to Kaley who recently helped us with details in securing renter's insurance and car insurance when we were under a time crunch.  She dealt with all the details and was very helpful in the most friendly way.  They also work with you to get you the best deals.

Fantastic experience in this office! Everyone went above and beyond to find me the best rates for everything I was looking for. I came in looking for car insurance and didn't know bundling my renters,  my jewelry,  and life insurance I would save on it all! Wow... talk about looking out for your customer. Exactly what I was looking for and I didn't even know it. Thank you Teri! Thank you Sarah, and thank you State Farm!!!!! 5 Star Service from start to finish!

I have been with State Farm for many years with only great experience! Teri LaRocca has an awesome team.  I've had the pleasure in working with Robin B Stoehr out of the LaRocca agency these past couple years and she has always answered any and all questions quickly on any issue I have had.

Two years ago I relocated from Minnesota to NC. I contacted this agency and talked to Teri and Robin. Teri, Robin and their co-workers in this office did a great job in transitioning all my insurance policies from MN to NC. They made good suggestions in adjusting my policies whenever there is a change in my insurance need. 
People in this office are very friendly, professional and cautious. I never need to call them more than once when I need to change something (payment arrangement, sell/buy a car, moving from apt to house, etc.). They never bother me but I know that I can count on them when I need them.

I just love this office! They're great to work with, and I always have a pleasant experience. Last time I called in I spoke with Sarah, she was so knowledgeable, made me feel at ease with the process. Keep up the good work!
