Terrible insurance company. Does not ever have their customer in mind. Always looking for ways to increase your premium. Even when accident where we were not at fault, they accepted responsibility for claim right away before conclusion and paid for the damages of other party to increase our premium. Do not do business with this company.  Do not recommend.

Literally one thing after the other. After changing my quote price four times, and insuring the WRONG car I have had enough. I have only been with Statefarm for six months!!! Never doing business with Statefarm again. I would NEVER recommend this agency to anyone!

well they are nice, but being nice is not real. I went in too far while parking and pulled my bumper and body shop is recommending it to be replaced because the holes to hold up the bumper is ripped off..State Farm is saying fix the ripped hole and then put the bumper back on which is like glue your broken plate and it the same. I know they are trying to save all they can but being true to consumer will get their business. Body shop is telling me that is always with State Farm Insurance when it come down to fix the car right. Soon as I fix the bumper I will be looking for better Insurance company. Trust me fake smile just don"t cut it..It's not your good neighbor..It is unfair to agent Kuan Ho. This review was more toward State Farm as whole rather then the agent.

Being a customer with Kuan more than 10 years, I hope this 5 stars review can present my appreciation. Yes, sometime it is her assistant who answers my call for payment and other general questions but what does a "insurance" really mean to me? Maybe you like a real story instead of general review. My house got broken in two months ago. Ms. Kuan left several voice messages that day and finally got us to talk with her around 9:45PM, on her vacation night! After a 50 minutes conversation, we felt we are "insured", both our properties and our feeling. Ms. Kuan gave us a lot of help and kept tracking in our claim processing, far more than we can expect. Right now everything got settle down so I want to show my appreciation here! More than 5 Stars if I have the option.

Different agent, better service!

I transferred here from a different SF agency in New York.  I was very surprised at how different agents can be in the same company! Ms. Kuan treated me so well compared to the other agent, and seemed genuinely concerned about me.  I highly recommend Kuan as an agent.  She is very fair and I can tell that she try to help me out more than herself -- she told me all of the ways I could save and was very upfront about my insurance needs. Thank you!
