If I could give this less than a one star I would. Spent $200 for a diagnostic that they said was needed. Then they wanted to charge another $1000 for the repairs. Took it to another mechanic who charged me NOTHING to diagnose because it took him 10 min to see that I needed new spark plugs. Nothing else was wrong. If you want to get ripped off then this is the place to go. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I love AAA for their emergency road service.  I've been a gold or premier member for 20+ years.  But if you need to be towed to a garage, look elsewhere.  Prices are far higher than anywhere else because you're a captive audience.  Quality of the repair is passable at best.  Customer service is a joke, when they can't answer the simplest questions.  (Is the car safe to drive?  What am I being charged for?)  And good luck getting somebody on the phone.

AVOID THIS PLACE or you will get ripped off.  I had a dead battery and had it jumped and tested which I was told the battery was bad.  Took it to AAA Peoria because it was only 1 1/2 years old.  Took the vehicle to the shop and 10 min later came to me and said the battery is fully charged but that the alternator was bad.  WHAT????  If when my battery was jumped started, had very little charge on it, how could I possibly have driven 45 mins and had a fully charged battery?  IMPOSSIBLE!!!  I wouldn't have made it 5 min.  I may be a woman but I'm not stupid!  I know how it works.  So he proceeded to have an estimate for a new alternator and I said I have an extended warranty and I'll take it to Honda.  I went directly to Honda and they too said it couldn't be the alternator, proceeded to check it and it was the battery.  I took the fail slip and went to AAA in Scottsdale.  I was in and out in 10 mins with a new battery.  DON'T LET THEM PULL SOMETHING ON YOU!!!!!  I would have given a 0 but had to give it a 1

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT take your car to this repair shop in Peoria not only do they rip you off and charge you for stuff that doesn't need to be fixed but they caused damages on to your vehicle I took it there for a simple sensor lock mechanism and now my car has no brakes and does not start and they were extremely rude to my other tow company and myself so unless you want more damages to your car than what you're having them fix do not take it there I'm also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau they have no concern for human life or the law

Like another reviewer, I will preface this by saying that they are good at towing and roadside service.  Beyond that, I don't know what to say.  Well, yes, I do know what to say.  I would not have "repairs" done at this shop.  They quoted about $6,600.00 to have three catalytic converters replaced among other items.  Fortunately, we had the vehicle towed to another shop.  The problem was an issue with the timing belt, and we had the car repaired for almost 75% less than the AAA quote.  Unfortunately, I'm unable to recommend them for any auto repair, and my recommendation is that you look elsewhere.
