Randy and Jake are amazing! The work is done well, and on time. I've gone here for everything from oil change to water/fule pump. Randy saved me a tun of trouble, when the sensor failed to tell me I had literally no oil in the car. He filled it up and I was good to go. When I had a pump replace they dropped me off and picked me up when it was ready. Really helpful!! Thank you so much.

I bought a water pump for my 2011 Honda Civic. I was going to replace it myself. While on a Birthday vacation my brother brought my car here to have it replaced as a birthday gift. (We are practical people) after a month and 3000 miles my car broke down mid day in the middle of summer. It was the tensioner pulley. One bolt 
was missing and another was halfway out. (Bad mechanic) National automotive towed my car back to there shop and "fixed" the problem. (As they should). Two months and 6000 miles later at 4:30 in the morning, I break down again not knowing the problem I have my vehicle towed to the nearest garage. Upon diagnosis I'm told that the Alan wrench mounting bolt to the entire pulley system was snapped off causing it to wobble and in turn making the serpentine belt grind into the mounting system. National automotive again!! Now warranty or not, I'm not bringing my vehicle back to these jokers. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. A third time? No I'm not that dumb. I have the new garage actually fix the problem. I bring the broken part and the new mechanics bill along with the mechanics diagnosis stating that the bolt broke from over tightening to national automotive. The owners not there so I'll have to wait for him to contact me. Ok. So I wait a day. After no contact I return to the garage the next day where I'm told that because I didn't bring in my car a third time (like a dummy). That they would compensate me in no way and was literally told that bolts just break. So I'm out $900.00, and a day of work. On top of tow truck rides, getting rides to pick up my vehicle and the anguish of having to tell everyone that I got scammed by these guys. I highly recommend these guys if you want more broken parts on your vehicle then when you took it in to begin with. Awful mechanics, terrible customer service and zero ethics. 
No good deed goes unpunished. Oh and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Shouting  out to all those single ladies who need to keep their vehicle on the road without getting  ripped off and spending  fortune. National Automotive provides excellent service with honesty and integrity. I dropped my car off before work, I received an update on the necessary repairs by 10am and Randy, the owner, picked me up after work with my car! I didn't think it was possible these days to  find reliable service and be treated like family. Thank God someone gave me Jake's name and number at National Automotive!

These guys are the best! Always honest and always helpful in recommending what to do to fix up an old car. We have been bringing our cars to them for almost 15 years, and we wouldn't trust any one else!

The glare off Randy's head is not enough to keep me from the motley crew at National Automotive Repair. I have taken my junk there when I am at my wits end troubling my cars. Randy and his men have always come through. NAR is highly recommended.
