We love CarLife.  We have sent our daughter to have her car repaired, our parents, and our employees and clients.  We trust them. They get parts quickly and the prices are very fair.  It's a place you are happy to tell your friends and family about.

The people here will be honest with you about what you car needs. I like to have things explained to me and they take the time for me to understand what is needed. I actually trust them because they have earned my trust over & over again. Its time for my oil change again.... I know my car is in good hands!

I've been going to CarLife for years and have never had anything less than a great experience. 
They have dealt with many of my different cars and always taken great care of me. The majority of my interactions are with Rebekah who is knowledgeable and has sterling customer service skills. Everyone else is just as helpful. Its great that I now get an electric copy of my service, inspection and recommendations. They've always been honest and flexible when it comes to repairs. The waiting area is also very nice, clean and quiet.

Make sure read the fine print when you go in for an oil change or buy a groupon because there discounts are only for 1st time customers.  They were so quick to send me packing when I bought 3 oil changes on Groupon.  This girl immediately took out her little high lighter and underlined on my document that this was only for new customers and you can tell she does all the time and gets pleasure out of it. I guess i came there 1 time like 5 years ago so I have to accept some fault but she wasn't willing to work with me in any way.  I said charge me full price and take the money i paid for the groupon out of that, she said we can't do that.  So they got paid from groupon and gave me nothing not even a credit.  They love getting free money and giving you nothing so Beware if you see CarLife on Groupon cause when it comes to them, there is always a catch
