I was on my way to pick my fiance up from work when suddenly I heard the ticking of what I thought was a nail in my tire. I inspected the problem only to find that a chunk of some road debris from the recent construction had lodged itself directly into the tire. One of the first calls I made was to Community Tire Pros which happened to be fairly close. Upon calling I was greeted with a friendly tone from a woman who kindly asked what services they could provide for me. After telling her the issue, she told me to bring it by and that they would repair the tire for free the first time; granted I fill out some simple contact info. I kindly obliged and slowly made my way to the shop. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly staff, and although they seemed busy, had no problem diagnosing my issue on the spot. I was told they'd have it fixed in no time, and sure enough, about 15 minutes later it was. No issues since. I have to give this place 5 stars for helping me out, and free of charge no less. I have no problem giving them repeat business in the future. Very professional and prompt service.

I requested a quote online for my grinding brakes. Got a callback fast. Got checked for free and fixed at a reasonable rate on the same day! Very friendly. My old shop closed down and I've been looking for a new place. I think this is our new car place. :) They just got a new loyal customer.

Found a slit in  my tire about 8 PM at night. I was looking for a tire place that opened early in the morning so that I could get in and get out with new tires so I could get to work for some interviews I had scheduled at 9 am.  They opened the doors and let me in early.  Replaced 2 of my tires and had me on my way with plenty of time to spare.  Headed back next week for my other 2 tires.  They were courteous, helpful, and reasonably priced.  All I can say is thank you!

Community Tire Pros & Auto Repair has always provided excellent customer service, and they always do their best to make you feel comfortable while you wait and get you the best deal possible to keep your vehicle running well.  They are honest and caring. along with being knowledgeable and experienced.

I absolutely love this repair shop! The staff is very friendly, courteous, and they make sure you are being taken care of start to finish. I stopped in for a tire patch, but the tire was not salvageable. They put on the spare at no cost and they gave me multiple options and quotes for a replacement. Their pricing is very reasonable and I ended up just replacing all 4 tires. Got me in the next day and my car was ready to go in less than a couple hours. This will definitely be my new repair shop going forward. I highly recommend this place!
