We've used them for storage and u-haul rental.   Nice, clean facility with easy access.  Been renting space here for 3 months, all positive.

Staff is friendly, but the rates are a bit high compared to what I've paid monthly before. 
But if you hate bugs (spiders, crickets, and roaches) then I suggest you look elsewhere . They got into my things. Hopefully this knowledge prompts them to treat the facility & units before they rent them out. Besides, people are paying enough to cover storage and pest control.

Expensive for a storage space, but the gates surrounding the building are helpful for your peace of mind and you need a code to get in and to get out. Well worth the money, in my opinion.
