I originally spoke with Pat about the unit prior to speaking with the man who works there. I was more interested to work with her but she wasn't there on any of the days she was scheduled to work. I read the reviews prior to visiting and I was skeptically about everything there but was willing to give them a shot. I went there on a mission because time is running short and my schedule is tight. I think he noticed this especially when I described my day and what I needed. I entered the complex and made it to my unit with ease due to the clear and detailed instructions. The unit as well as the hallways were spotless from top to bottom. I greatly appreciate the cleanliness and the man's professionalism.

This place is the absolute worst! All my clothes and furniture were ruined. We found dead mice, and mice droppings everywhere. By the time we were moving everything out I could barely walk away with anything stored. A couch I had purchased a few months prior to putting in storage reeked so bad I had to throw out. The customer service is a joke. They never answer their phones or return calls. When I complained about the rodent issue and showed them the picture of the dead mice the woman "said ew get that out of my face." and would do nothing about the issue. DO NOT STORE HERE!!!!

I was the second person in the office mentioned in the other review. The guy was definitely out of line and made the poor girl cry. I called him a jerk and walked out. I hope the girl is okay after the way she was treated!

On 4-30-2010 I contacted the business to reserve a 10x10 storage unit and was told prices and that a reservation was confirmed. When I went on 5-17-2010 to make payment and begin moving in the business owner informed me that the reservation had been lost. He gave three different reasons for this: 1. His son gave it away, 2. He forgot to write it down, and 3. The computer erased the reservation. In exchange he agreed to allow me to rent 2 5x10 units which would've been the same amount of space. Unfortunately there were items in both of these units and he couldn't tell who they belonged to. The owner told me that he would sort out the mishap and that I could come back later that day to sign the paperwork and that he'd put my code into the computer to allow me to begin moving. When I went back at 430pm (he is supposed to be open until 5) he was not there. I went back a second time this morning and was informed he'd given my second reservation away because I didn't come back yesterday before he closed. I attempted to speak to him and defend the fact that he'd closed prior to his stated office hours he began to get belligerent and rude. He informed me that he didn't like my "attitude" and began to yell at me. A second customer came in the office and began to defend me as even the second customer could tell there was a problem with the business owners attitude. In response to this the owner yelled to my defendant "who are you supposed to be" even though he had no clue who the new person was. The owner than said "lets start over" and told me he closed early yesterday because his daughter had a child. He also told me again that he didn't like my attitude and found my voice whiny and that he didn't want to rent to me. I looked over at the second customer to get his reaction (which was shock at what the business owner had just said). As soon as I did this, the owner through his hands up and said, "you're rude and whiny and I refuse to rent to you. Get out and go somewhere else."

To both of the potential customers who received such poor service, I am sorry. My fiancee has been renting there for years and we have learned who to talk to. Please call and ask for Pat. She is very up front and honest. No backhanded comments or refusal to rent if there is space. She is all business, no personal vendettas or anything. When she is scheduled: she is there on time to open, and she is there til the hours state it should be closed.
