Happy to have chosen this location. It was convenient for my move. Everything was nice and clean... staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I've tried other places but thus was definitely the best storage facility I've used.

It's a newer facility and is kept clean. There are various unit sizes with indoor or outdoor options and the prices are reasonable. They have a moving truck for use depending on availability and when you move. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.

Upon walking into the storage choice in Carrollton Travis was very polite and very helpful, he answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything I needed to know about renting a storage unit. He asked me if there was anything else that I needed before I left and I honestly couldn't think of anything because he covered everything. Very polite very helpful and very knowledgeable about the storage industry. I will definitely use them again in Texas or in any other state they have storage facilities.

New Post on 3/16/17: I went back because I needed a climate controlled storage unit fast. I was able to load up my car and head over before I even knew one was available. Mike was able to help me out and get me a unit in 30 minutes or less. He saved the day. Thanks Mike! ********************************** Great place to store your stuff. Travis was very helpful in explaining everything to me. He also drove me out to see the space. They keep it very clean and it's lit up if you're storing after dark. And, at a late notice I was able to use their truck. All in all a great place. Thanks guys!

VERY helpful. I got a good deal on a storage unit with them no hassle. They were able to work with me and were very friendly. Would recommend them to anyone looking for storage.
