I have been using this Extra Space location for well over a year now and to say I'm satisfied with the extremely competitive pricing and service is an understatement. All of the staff is fantastic, however mostly I work with Anthony at Extra Space he is the type of guy that makes me wish I could add five more stars to this review. He's a great guy, always incredibly helpful and just an overall pleasure to work with. Can't say enough good things about this Extra Space location.

Extremely friendly and helpful. Made it easy when my mother passed away and had to transfer ownership. Have transitioned to different sizes and was able to do so at the moment, easily and nearby units. Facility well maintained, clean and safe.

I am moving from the area temporarily and receiving great customer service is very important to me. I don't want to store my belongings with a company that is only interested in money, etc. I had went a different Extra Space in Lewisville and it was awful! I decided to go to the other location in Carrollton. I was helped by a gentleman that was very compassionate about my situation and assisted with all my questions and concerns. He was very patient and understanding. If you want great customer service like myself and don't want to be treated like another number, go to the Extra Space on Waypoint Dr. I could not leave without getting his name. Mr. Anthony P. thank you for making this experience a good one. I can now rest my mind knowing there is great leadership team watching over my unit.

Great facility always clean. Been at Extra Space Storage over a year, never had any problems. Staff is super helpful. I would recommend to facility to everyone. Auto pay is very convenient.

I was dreading getting a storage unit. When I called Extra Space Storage, from the moment they answered the phone they made a point to take care of their customer. Impressive stuff. Facility is clean, nice, I appreciate the landscaping they do on their property while everyone else in the neighborhood prefers their property to look like the rest of the area.

I couldn't be happier to give them my business and I look forward to having a storage unit here.

Your staff on 8/12/2017 was excellent.
