RV Park was one of the BEST!!!!!! My husband and I stayed here almost 2 years for work..... Never any problems.... The young man (Tyler) that owns the park always very professional and if we needed anything was always willing to help.... Pet friendly, laundry room, mail boxes for each RV space... Close to great places to eat.... Would definitely recommend.......

It was ok. Internet is pretty slow. Laundry area is old and half  of the dryers don't work. Train track sits next to park so be prepared to have your camper shaking for at least 2 hours in the middle of the night...every night! The train just sits there idoling then blares it's Horn for about 30 mins before it takes off again. 
Definitely not worth the money they
 charge.

I do not live here but work around it. Nice and quite little place. Laundry room and pet friendly.  Close to everything...even Beaumont.

Have been staying here for a while now and have had no problems. The owners are nice. The park is clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend.

Wifi not included!! Nice clean place but 5 out of 7 days wifi does not work. They advertise free WiFi. It doesn't happen! There are no cable hookups here. And as I said there are Wi-Fi is nonexistent. This place could have been wonderful. But instead they ignore their tenants.
