Nice concrete pads some low spots for water to stand but overall a nice place.

All concrete pad sites. Nice climate controlled laundry room. Site includes...wi-fi (great signal), directv cable, water & electric, with no overage costs on electric. Quiet area even though its close to Hwy69. Occassionally we hear a distant train horn. Most of the residents are plant working people so daytime is super quiet, evenings are full of helpful and polite neighbors. This park is situated between The Country Home Store, a cemetery and a fenced off residential area in the distance. One way in and one way out. The only drawback I have is the fact you can't recieve mail here, there is no office. So I rented a box at the nearby UPS Store to recieve packages and mail and problem solved!

Simple rv park with excellent laundry facility. Surprisingly quiet, given proximity to main highway. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Had a great time here wonderful facilities. And all the enmities of home. Great land owners. Thank you for letting me and my family stay there.
