Excellent ownership. In the process of making changes for the better. Recently weeded out the bad seeds. A 2-sided RV/Trailer Park with one side family oriented and pet friendly and the other side quiet adult/working class friendly people whom seem to all share the love of outdoor grilling. C.M.V. is never without the sweet aroma of barbequing. The only negative review I have is NO WIFI, and now NO MORE FREE CABLEi
