Sold wrong part,had to go exchange it & its about 30 minutes away from where we live. First time going there,they should have gave bus the right part,it cost $200.00 or more & they had the part # on a piece of paper that I brought!!! Part was for a travel trailer.

These guys were great, one of the best RV shops to work with.  We are full time RVers and our fridges cooling unit failed. Near Beaumont TX a few miles from Duval's RV.  I called them and they came out to us and checked out our fridge.  They ordered the part and had it in in 2 days and installed the next right at our camp spot.

I had a question regarding the work and the owner sent me an e-mail to make sure all was good with us.  

We highly recommend Duval's RV!

Worst place ever needed some repairs done, insurance claim they sent a guy that thought he knew what was going on idiot your job is to make money not burn your customers, there estimate was ridiculous rude big guy, never will i even think of buying supplies or fixing my travel trailer there you get a big "F" people beware better off going to houston were people know what there doing waste of time.😡
