I found AAA Self Storage when I ran out of space in my home. I did a lot of research in Topeka, and this was the best for prices, location and space. The gentleman in charge was very helpful. He drove me around to the various size options but I chose to go with the temperature controlled unit. 

Both my insurance agent and the gentleman in charge of the units recommended keeping everything off the ground, so I picked up some free wooden pallets and laid them on the floor.

My only complaint is the old system of passkeys and the exit passkey is so loose on it's stand inside the gate, I'm afraid that it will topple over as I type in the code.

The management of the business is incompetent and cannot take care of the billing properly.  Extremely poor customer service.  These folks make my cell phone company look good.  I finally moved to a better managed facility.
