had a trip to new orleans La planned out with some tours . good thing we used our AAA cc because thats the only way we found out one was cancelled, no call from rachel or AAA travel , we were able to rebook but calls dont get answered questions dont get answered. We had to go to the office twice still with no answers to our questions , yall lost good customers.
Travel agent Rachelle is very helpful and friendly. Could not for better service.
You can call and call and call on Saturday morning but no one will answer the phone. Customer service in New Mexico typical. It is non-existent
