They don't prorate. We needed their unit for a month and six days. They charged for a full other month even though it was only six days into the next month we needed. Had I known I would have went with a different storage place. I will NEVER use them again.

Janet and Katrina are truly a asset they was knowledgeable and professional the minute I walked in I will recommend  to all my friends. Keep up the good work Ferrell parkway location.

This AAAA storage is an excellent facility.  We have had a unit or two since 2006.  The staff is very helpful with your personal storage needs.  It has easy access, large flatbeds for your use and large elevators.  We have upsized and downsized our unit many times as needed with home repair, business equipment, etc.  This facility supports local charities several times a year through can donations, unit auctions, etc.  There are even periodic discounts or coupons for rental savings.  I like that I can look through my things indoors, in the comfort of good lighting, safe surroundings, and comfortable temperatures. I would highly recommend this facility and the fabulous staff.  Shannon and her team really work hard to make their facility the best!

First I should say that Andrea (Tidewater location) started me off with getting familiar with AAAA storage.  She was extremely helpful and shared all the options of storage and moving.  I decided to use Ferrell Pkwy since it was closest to my home.  I really enjoy this location and feel secure entering/exiting all times of the day.  The staff has been really knowledgeable and helpful and a pleasure to work with.  I have no worries as I relocate out of the area that my items are safe and protected.  Thanks for a great experience.

This storage facility is top notch.  We store our extra stuff for our store there.  They provide you with great customer service and all amenities.  Best of all they always call me when I forget my payment, they are so sweet and they are so helpful!  Having the large elevators, the rolling carts, automatic doors, clean bathroom facilities, decent hours to visit are a plus to the great customer service.  I would definitely recommend this location it is very central.  The one thing that I find is that they are a tad expensive but they do provide a top notch facility.
