Best storage place.... HOWEVER IT DEPENDS on which one you deal with!!  I'm at the one on Kempsville Rd and it is the best one! Clean, great location with plenty of room and the storages are all working. The service is good there too.
There is a AAAA off of Independence near Haygood that is a horrible site. It's old and not taken care of. The doors are rotten and their service is lacking.

Went in to pay, dude at counter is the same guy that made me not want to rent from y'all. Not friendly at all, had a friend at the counter was chit chatting with her. Not even a " have a nice day". The ease of getting to the storage locker and having 24 hour access is great. The 2 ladies that were there last month, great FRIENDLY kind women. The 26 yr old guy with a kid at home that is afraid to show storage lockers in the dark probably isn't the best person for the job, I mean if your staff is afraid to go to a storage locker in the dark, what makes me feel safe renting from you...the reason I know he's 26 with I believe he said a 9 yr old is cuz he made it a point to tell my little girl he wanted to get home to his family and didn't want to show,us a locker at 5pm, it happens to get dark around 445. Otherwise, the area is clean and pretty quiet. There was a few ppl standing in front of the building after it was closed on wed night, I think they live upstairs or something but other than that I don't see many ppl and we come and go quite a bit. We will make it a point to drop payments when one of the ladies are there.

The storage unit did as it was intend which was to hold my belongs temporarily, however, the unit felt kind of small in comparison to some others that I have used in that past at other companies. This may be due to the height of the unit being lower than the last though. I also had a small issue will Roaches in the unit I was in.  This didn't matter to me much as the things i had in there were dirty outside things for the kids, however, if you were to put indoors things in it that may concern you. other then that I overall enjoyed my stay with AAAA.

OUTSTANDING customer service and great property!!! Christina is amazing and so is the rest of the staff. Highly recommend this location!!!
