One word. Awesome! Lee is super helpful and the customer service is off the charts. The facility is very very clean and very very organized.

Lee took the time to explain the entire process from beginning to end and left nothing out. It's refreshing in this day and age to encounter a business as wonderful as this. Once you come here you'll forget about all other storage facilities... They're that good! 

I am now a customer for life.

This is my second time using jack rabbit storage and it has been a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and presentable. The free truck rental and specials on the units are a great help! Thank you.

Came to rent out a space for some small items and both Lee and Coreen were super helping. I appreciated that they wanted to make sure I was in the right sized unit for what needed to be stored. Answered all of my questions without issue and made the renting experience smooth and easy.

I would 100% recommend Jack Rabbit Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit. Great costumer service, super friendly and welcoming! Answered all our questions, very helpful, and decent prices!

The customer service here is absolutely incredible. The staff is super welcoming, friendly and works with your situation. I won't go to another storage facility. I 110% recommend these guys. Thank you!
