I am from out of town and had a last minute issue before traveling. I called and Brian got me in ASAP to get serviced before hitting the road. He was straightforward, honest, and extremely fair with cost! His customer service is top notch. It all gave me peace of mind for trip back home and that is priceless. They brew up a great batch of coffee too! Great work!

I took my Ford Escape to this AAMCO to have a major repair done and was exceptionally pleased with the service and job done! I normally repair vehicles on my own but with this particular job decided to take it to a professional and I was not disappointed with AAMCO. They completed the job quickly and for about $600 less than other places would have charged. I would definitely go back for future work!

The store manager Brian always answers every question. I have two cars and has fixed both of them. He also found small problems before they became major repairs. He is extremely knowledgeable and several times I had same day service which was amazing. My friend brought their car there and Brian and his team took less then a day to fix a major problem which was the radiator. Full service expertise with a Smile.

Back in 1995, I made the mistake of taking my little Subaru Brat to a quick oil change type business that shall remain nameless. They cracked the casing around my transmission and the fluid would not stay in it any longer. I had to take to the closest mechanic and that was Aamco in Crystal, at that time. I was treated with the utmost courtesy, honesty, and respect and I will never forget how wonderful they were to me. I sued the pants off of the other place and never looked back. After moving to East Saint Paul 8 years ago, I started taking my new babies to the Aamco in West Saint Paul and continued to receive the same amazing service there as well. They have never let me down with their superior service, very comparable rates, and super fast turn around times for their work. I commend Brian for always being kind and respectful even with those difficult clients. They have even given my their loaner car when any work that needed to be done would take 2-3 days. Thank you Aamco! They are always treating me like I'm the only person in the shop and making sure I get the most honest assessment and service for my cars. I would never go anywhere else!

Excellent Speed and job!! Had hit something in the road that snapped a bolt off of the transmission pan. They took out the bolt stuck in the transmission casing with ease. They saved me a lot of headaches. Should of went to them first instead of some Craigslist ad. They are a must have shop in your go-to mechanic list for transmission repair. Plus diagnostic is free.
