Very good experience.  Prices were reasonable, and the repairs were thoroughly explained and made sense.  I'd go there again.  And working with Lewis was a good experience.  Informative and helpful.

i went online to schedule my appointment and they had the correct time and date so i thought id be able to get it today. however, i never received an email back accepting or declining my appointment. i called the shop and talked to someone, they said to check my spam email so i did and still nothing. now im inconvenienced and disappointed with not having the accessibility i thought i would with making an appointment online.

I first went to Midas WSP last week without an appointment.  I decided I just had to find out what was causing the noise from under my car -- I thought it might be muffler related.  They were pretty busy (Friday afternoon) but they got the car in and did a free diagnostic, including a short test drive as they couldn't find much wrong with the muffler (only a couple very tiny holes).  

They talked to me about what they found and followed up with a written diagnostic and estimate on the rear wheel bearings at issue.

They said they could repair the worst wheel that day if I wanted but I needed to get home.  I felt absolutely no pressure from Louis, the Manager, to pursue the work then or later.

I felt I was given honest answers and unconditional help with those diagnostics and that they'd gone beyond just a basic diagnostic.  I was so impressed that I brought in our other vehicle yesterday for a couple repair jobs.  I plan to do more business with this Midas location and have told neighbors about it.

This place is a hit or a miss. They are good when it comes to oil changes, however they seem to take advantage of people by saying there are things wrong with your vehicle, when there isn't. Also I have called to make an appointment and got a different price over the phone than I did in the shop.

Called at 2:37 PM on July 11, 2017 only put you on hold for 10 minutes within the 10 minutes I decide to go online and schedule my appointment I was supposed to get a call back within an hour for a confirmation for an appointment on July 13 from 3 to 5 PM I never received a call back I just tried to call them again in the morning at 8 o'clock on July 12, 2017 they never knew anything about the confirmation Nor did they have any availability for when we want it so he asked us if we rather schedule on Saturday at two this is a problem I tried to different times to schedule an appointment on my terms and I was shut down both times. If you're going to offer a service to schedule appointments online and offer a confirmation call back within an hour of scheduling that appointment online then you need to follow through with it I waited all afternoon for that call back and I never received it and to call you this morning and to be told that you've never heard of it is appalling. And now  I just got another call back apparently claiming that they did send back a confirmation email or call us I just went through my whole email list on my phone listings no response whatsoever other than the email sent automatically saying that I will get a call back in order to confirm my appointment which is an automatic email y'all never once responded so don't lie. I already checked the spam filters and everything you suggested before you made that suggestion yesterday in hopes that that's where it was and it wasn't there we wanted appointment for 3 to 5 PM in that schedule window you come back and in offer one at 8 AM because you could tell was a problem that's not acceptable. This'll be the last oil change I get from you guys.
