Mark quoted me one price Friday, 174 dollars to install an aftermarket grill and set up the appointment for Monday. Monday Mark had a completely different price, 240 dollars, though nothing about the job had changed. After haggling with him for a half an hour, bleeding into my appointment time, he finally got down to 195 dollars and acted like he was doing me a favor. Total rip off artist. After all that, all said and done, they didn't complete the job. The new grill came with instructions, with pictures, and they couldn't manage to follow them. The tech and Mark said they didn't know how to correctly apply the paint and that I would have to take it to an auto body shop. Now I've got to take it to a specialty auto body shop to have them fix and complete the job pep boys did. There's a reason there's only 2 locations in the twin cities. They're horrible. And Mark is the worst service rep I've ever dealt with. Definitely go somewhere else.

These guys were extremely helpful. I had my tires balanced incorrectly at a different shop, and the tech had broke the wheel lock key. The tech that made the mistake told me the rims were bent and refused to take a look another look at my car. I went to pep boys and they looked at the problem and told me what i needed to do, free of charge. It's nice to have guys you can trust in the auto industry. If you need a straight shooter, ask for Bob at Pep Boys in Inver Grove Heights.

After a problem with a previous maintenance service, the service manager John had us come back in and he made it right. I appreciate all his help. I'd go there again.
