Plenty of products, fair market prices, but where they beat the competition hands down is in services provided and loaner tools! Outstanding.

Please make sure your staff knows their car parts. Came in looking for a '93 Camry LUG NUT, after 10 minutes both cashiers didn't seem to know what they were doing and what they were looking for so they told me they didn't have that part and I would need to contact the dealer for that SPECIFIC part. I drove down the street to O'Reillys and got my LUG NUTS. Thanks for the referral that I DIDN'T need.

An item I bought didn't fit with what I was doing. I didn't know the return policy so I assumed I could return it because my dad said it should be fine. I got to the counter after waiting 10 minutes and an employee named Samuel asked what I needed. I told him I wanted to return the tool because it wasn't the right application. He assumed I used it and gave me an attitude saying "This isn't a rental shop." Now, I wouldn't mind if he was polite, and I understand he might deal with those types on a regular basis, but assuming a customer is doing that is not the greatest idea. It was worse that he gave me an attitude instead of informing me on the policy. The guy needs to learn some respect, he certainly shouldn't be working with that attitude.
